Tell a friend about EnableLeads
Send one friend a short note about EnableLeads from inside the app, with a message already written that you can change.
- Who can do it
- Everyone who can sign in
- Plan
- All plans
- Time
- 2 minutes
If you think someone would like EnableLeads, you can send them a note without leaving the app. It goes to one person, and you write it (or use the one we start you with).
Send a note
- Choose your name at the top right, then Recommend us. (Or open Settings and choose Recommend Us → Tell A Friend.)
- Type your friend's Email Address. One address at a time.
- Check the Subject and the Message. They start filled in, in your voice, with your name and a link to sign up. Change any of it you like.
- Choose Invite. You see "Invitation sent to" and the address.
The address is cleared after each send, so telling a second friend is one more address away. Cancel takes you back to your Task Flow without sending anything.
What your friend gets
An email from EnableLeads with your subject and message. Under it, we add a line that says who sent it (your name and email), that it is a single message and that they have not been put on any list. It also tells them they can ignore it if they do not know you. Your message is shown as plain text: links you type in it are not made clickable, so the sign-up link in the starting message is just the address to copy or tap.
Nothing else happens: your friend is not signed up, and we do not email them again.
Limits
- 5 invitations a day for each person, and 20 a day for a business. The count restarts 24 hours after each one was sent.
- The subject can be up to 120 characters and the message up to 2,000.
- You cannot send to your own address.
Your business's admins can see that an invitation was sent in Settings → Audit log (choose Invitations). It shows only the first letter of your friend's address, not the whole of it.
If it does not work
- "Enter your friend's email address." The address is missing or not in the usual form, such as name@company.com. Send to one address at a time, with no commas.
- "That is your own address. Enter a friend's." The address is the one you sign in with.
- "You can send 5 invitations a day. Try again tomorrow." You have used today's invitations. Your business has its own limit of 20.
- "We could not send the email. Try again in a moment." The email did not go out, and it was not counted. Try again shortly. If it keeps happening, contact support.
